Nice building and rooms with ac. Great and unbeatable location of the hotel, not far from the Galleria and major roads, galleria airport and cooper's clinic and the airport and surrounding areas. Also, in the area for years.

The property seemed clean and the room was brand-new and perfectly clean. It was easy to get Wheelchair Accessible room with king size beds, ac and coffee and that's great. The staff was efficient and excellent. We loved staying 2 nights here.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a personal safe, and pay TV. Private bathroom was clean. The hotel was in a central setting excellent in the bar area which is good as it is impossible to walk anywhere else to get food you have to get a cab or drive.

The location was marvellous - near surrounding areas as well as galleria airport. Spotlessly clean room with ac, the staff was efficient.

The venue is fairly clean, with favourable location adjacent to the restaurant, and city center or North Dallas. The hotel provides a good service.

My room was big with tea/coffee making equipment, a refrigerator, and a washing machine. It had bathtubs in the fairly clean bathroom. Delicious and great breakfast and other services were great. The location was marvellous and the atmosphere was special.

The hotel was clean and the pool was nice. The room was brand-new and exceptionally clean, without a doubt, had coffee & tea making facilities, a refrigerator, and a washing machine. A bath in the bathroom was a plus.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily access the Lincoln Center and other nearby attractions within a few miles. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always prompt and polite in handling any requests I had. The room and bath were spotlessly clean, and the hot water was a welcome treat. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with nice firm pillows that didn't go flat like in most places. The blanket/comforter provided just the right amount of warmth, especially on those cold nights. this place exceeded my expectations and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Overall it was a great stay for the price. We got a room with bathtubs. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there were central heating, pay television and a laptop-compatible safe too.

The hotel was in a central location down from famous Addison nightlife. Besides, we were near to cooper's clinic and Galleria. Everything was great, brand-new room with ac.
